Customer Service Ambassador (Ref: CSAM)

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will manage the Customer Service Counter and handle customer enquiries. Other duties include assisting and coordinating ad hoc building management assignments

Requirements

  • Form 5/6 with 1 year of relevant experience
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently
  • Fluency in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua are necessary
  • Shift work on Sundays and public holidays is required
