Administration Officer (Ref: BR-AO)
The successful candidate will perform administration duties including work order scheduling, job completion document handling, preparation of service reports, operation administration and any ad hoc project assigned.
- Diploma or Associate Degree in any discipline
- 2 year working experience in administration
- Must be customer-focused, diplomatic, decisive, quality-oriented and able to work "hands on"
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
- Must be efficient, detail-minded, hardworking and responsible with a positive working attitude
- Proficient in PC skills such as Window, PowerPoint, Excel & Chinese word processing
- Immediate availability is preferred
