Administration Officer (Ref: BR-AO)


The successful candidate will perform administration duties including work order scheduling, job completion document handling, preparation of service reports, operation administration and any ad hoc project assigned.


  • Diploma or Associate Degree in any discipline
  • 2 year working experience in administration
  • Must be customer-focused, diplomatic, decisive, quality-oriented and able to work "hands on" 
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
  • Must be efficient, detail-minded, hardworking and responsible with a positive working attitude
  • Proficient in PC skills such as Window, PowerPoint, Excel & Chinese word processing
  • Immediate availability is preferred
