Job Description

Helpdesk Support / Support Trainee

Responsibilities:

  • Handle phone-in and email support enquiries in using our services
  • Manage server deployment and maintains the correct inventory record
  • Troubleshooting for various technical issues
  • Support all software and hardware; maintain internal network and server administration 
  • Prepare user manuals
  • Ad-hoc technical support during non-office hours is required
  • Shift duties or overnight shift is required

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher diploma in Computing / Information Technology or equivalent
  • At least 1 years’ experience in IT industry will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of Web Server, FTP Server, DNS, Email Server, Exchange Server, TCP/IP
  • Customer service or help desk experience in call centre is an advantage
  • Fast and accurate typing in both English & Chinese
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
  • Good troubleshooting skill and ability to quickly learn and work with new system and infrastructure
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed
  • Immediate availability is preferred
