Job Description

Senior Financial Analyst


  • Provide support in exploring business opportunities, conducting due diligence, financial analysis & modelling and valuation;
  • Perform financial analysis to evaluate projects, acquisitions, business development and performance;
  • Prepare monthly financial and management reports including budget / forecast variance analysis;
  • Review cost against budget and identify cost control method;
  • Review business and legal document/ agreement;
  • Assist in identifying market trend, budgeting and forecasting exercise.
  • Participate in ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.


  • Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business related disciplines;
  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience;
  • Solid skills in preparing due diligence, financial analysis, financial modelling, business valuation and business plan;
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus;
  • Exposure in F&B or hospitality industry is preferable;
  • Excellent analytical skill, strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment;
  • Occasional travel is required;
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
