Job Description


Job Duties:

  • Provide secretarial support and personal assistance to the Department Head;
  • Perform secretarial duties such as screen phone calls / visitors, distribute and track incoming / outgoing correspondence;
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the department, such as assist in preparation of documents and maintain office equipment;
  • Co-ordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements;
  • Attend meetings and prepare minutes;
  • Organize and maintain filing system for storage of confidential documents including database;
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments as required.


  • Diploma holder or above, with formal secretarial training;
  • Minimum 4 years relevant working experience in sizable organization serving senior executives;
  • Self-motivated, energetic and able to work independently with intelligence;
  • Mature, presentable and pleasant to work with;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
  • Proficient in MS Office;
  • Detail oriented and with strong sense of responsibilities to work under pressure;
  • Immediately available is preferred.
