Marketing Manager (Shopping Mall Promotion and Event)
Lead the marketing and promotion team for retail portfolio and new projects;
Responsible for formulating marketing strategy, budget and plan of promotion activities and events for shopping malls;
Manage and review all marketing channels including promotion activity, event, e-commence, advertising signage, festive decoration, kiosk and exhibition venue, etc;
Review tender documents, negotiate and recommend award of projects according to the Company policies & procedures and legal requirements;
Work closing with leasing team to liaise and maintain amicable relationships with tenants, customers and agencies;
Conduct market study and research to devise means of driving shopping mall traffic and enhancing awareness of the public;
Perform ad-hoc assignments and other duties as assigned.
Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines;
Minimum 10 years’ experience in retail or shopping mall marketing with at least 3 years in managerial level;
Experience in handling sizable retail projects;
Experience in handling marketing and promotion work for new shopping mall is an advantage;
Creative, strong marketing sense and good interpersonal skills;
Good connection in Marketing field and with other stakeholders;
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua would be an advantage.
