Customer Service Officer / Assistant Customer Service Officer
Job duties include:
To handle customers' enquiries, complaints and emergency cases;
To check and inspect all common areas;
To check the patrol report and submit to the management office;
To assist in monitoring the attendance of building management staff;
To perform any other duty as assigned by superior.
Form 5 or above;
Minimum of 1 year' s relevant experience;
Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit and certificate of SGSIA Recognized Training Course - Quality Assurance System Compliance is preferred;
Uniform and shift duty is required;
Independent and customer-oriented;
Working location: Central & Western area;
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Customer Service Officer.
