Job Description

Company Secretarial Assistant

Job Duties:

  • Provide administrative support to the Company Secretarial Department;
  • Provide company secretarial support for the Group, its subsidiaries and related companies;
  • Assist in handling annual & interim reports, announcements and circulars;
  • Assist in organizing and preparing for board / committee / shareholder meetings;
  • Maintain and update statutory records;
  • Support ad-hoc projects / tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirement:

  • Diploma or above in related disciplines;
  • At least 2 years’ relevant experience in sizable listed companies or professional firms;
  • HKICS student member;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese;
  • Excellent in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Knowledge in CSA program is an advantage;
  • Effective interpersonal, presentation, analytical, planning and organizing skills;
  • Able to work independently and detail-minded are essential.
