Job Description

Buying Assistant

Job duties:

  • Provide administrative support to the buying team;
  • Update and maintain the accuracy of product details in the system;
  • Issue purchase orders and follow up the product delivery with forwarders and vendors;
  • Follow up the merchandising logistic and administration with stores;
  • Assist in marketing, business development and store operations as necessary;
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirement:

  • Diploma holder or above;
  • Preferably with 1 year working experience in retail buying;
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
  • With strong business and numerical sense, attention to details;
  • Good team player with strong sense of responsibility.
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered.
