Job Description


Job duties:

  • Provide support in buying strategy formulation, vendor and purchasing management;
  • Assist in managing the overall merchandising planning, inventory level and profit margin to achieve company targets and satisfy customers’ expectation;
  • Coordinate promotions, store decorations and product display with external vendors and internal Marketing and Operations Teams;
  • Explore new potential products and concessions business, and perform market trend research;
  • Manage key vendors and provide support in negotiating and managing supplier contracts;
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned.


  • Diploma holder or above;
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in retail buying business;
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Demonstrates leadership and management potential with independent working ability yet also a team player;
  • Good analytical, negotiation and communication skills;
  • Exhibits strong initiative, good time management and capability to work under pressure and demanding timelines.
