Job Description

Senior Manager - Marketing (Ref: IPSA-SMM)

Location: Kowloon Bay

Reporting to the Brand Director, the incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing digital and promotions strategy across divisions. You will closely work with the team to ensure marketing and digital strategy is delivered in a consistent and innovative way, elevate the brand to prestigious millennials.


  • Build strategic marketing strategy and business plans to drive brand development & sales growth
  • Responsible for overall brand positioning, orchestrate and manage all products launches and marketing activities
  • Lead digital marketing and social media strategies to build brand image and raise brand awareness through integrated campaigns
  • Work closely with cross-functional team to maximize customer satisfaction, maintain customer relationship to enhance customer loyalty
  • Develop and execute annual marketing and digital plans to achieve business goals
  • Manage A&P budget and ensure proper management & control in cost and expenses
  • Conduct market research to anticipate market trends and understand consumer purchasing behavior 


  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years’ of solid and relevant experience in digital marketing and eCommerce, familiar with beauty industry
  • Strong knowledge in digital marketing and database marketing
  • Proven digital marketing initiative and experience with successful campaigns
  • Excellent analytical skills, good time management, and attention to details
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese with the ability to communicate with all levels
