Job Description

Assistant Manager - Corporate Communication (Ref: SHK-AMCC)

Location: Kowloon Bay


  • Formulates and implements Corporate Communications strategy and planning, including all corporate affairs, employee communications content plan, CSR initiatives and internal/external events
  • Identifies and anticipates issues (stakeholder, societal, regulatory and policy-related) which may impact the company and proactively respond to these issues
  • Ensure that robust issues and crisis management procedures and processes are in place and the executive team and senior management are prepared and supported to effectively manage issues and crises
  • Identifies thought leadership platforms and themes that will help enhance reputation/market
  • leadership and develop multi-stakeholder campaigns around these
  • Builds and maintains good relations with the media, NGOs and stakeholders
  • Overseas corporate presentation materials and hospitality programs 


  • University degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related disciplines
  • At least 4-6 years of experience in Corporate Communications, public affairs, event management, content creation and most favorably digital-marketing.
  • Excellent in language, strategic planning, presentation and project management skills
  • Strategic leader with strong leadership & communication skill
  • Good interpersonal skills and highly adaptable to change & challenges
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese and proficient in Mandarin a definite plus
  • Well versed with Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Willing to work irregular hours and under pressure
