Service Centre Agent (73250)

Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong



Job Duties


  • To handle all telephone calls of the hotel and general enquries about hotel services
  • To handle all in-house guest requests through a centralised Call Centre System




Job Requirements


  • Willing to work on shift, including overnight duty
  • Strong communication skills with good telephone manners
  • Preferably with relevant experience in Opera system
  • Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience in hospitality industry
  • Good command of English, fluent in Putonghua preferred
