  • To be responsible in providing the most efficient and courteous hotel reservations service
  • Handles all incoming/outgoing telephone calls and guests requests courteously and efficiently
  • Answers all enquiries from in-house guests



  • Customer oriented, good communications and upselling skills
  • Detail oriented, independent and able to handle challenges
  • Diploma / Certificate holder in Hospitality Management
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in hotel industry
  • Good command on written and spoken English and Putonghua
  • Candidates with less experience will also be considered as Reservations / Service Center Agent
