Front Desk Officer

Location: Admiralty

Job Responsibilities

  • To conduct reception and cashier duties and provide outstanding customer service to hotel guests
  • To ensure the smooth running and order of the Front Desk
  • To maintain guest satisfaction levels to the standards of the hotel and the company

Job Requirements

  • Service oriented with pleasant personality
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua
  • Preferably with relevant experience
