The candidate will be responsible for carrying out kitchen tasks given by senior chefs under Hotel standards. He / she will provide daily support for the senior chefs, contribute and work as a team in the general operation of the kitchen, offering to assist fellow colleagues when required.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in Malay cuisine
• Minimum 3 years working experience, preferably in hotel industry
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English
