Chef - Japanese Cuisine (88371)

Duties

The candidate will be responsible for carrying out kitchen tasks given by senior chefs under Hotel standards.  He / she will provide daily support for the senior chefs, contribute and work as a team in the general operation of the kitchen, offering to assist fellow colleagues when required.

Requirements

  • Form 5 or above with kitchen training is preferred
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience, preferably in hotel industry
  • Experience in cooking authentic Thai Cuisine
  • Good command of spoken English; command of spoken Chinese is preferred
