Job Duties

  • Luggage handling for all arrival & departure’s guests with care & efficient
  • Deliver parcel / newspaper / message to the guestroom promptly
  • Assist in room change for guest from one room to other room
  • Assist in open main door or car’s door, and hail taxi for guests with smile & courteous greeting
  • Assist in polish brass luggage trolley & luggage room clean & tidy


Job Requirements

  • Excellent command of spoken English and Putonghua
  • Minimum 1 year experience in hotel industry
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Willing to work on shifts in a competitive environment
