Key Responsibilities

  • Set or prepare the outlet ready for service including keeping assigned areas stocked with supplies.
  • Prepare beverages requested by guest and serve.
  • Able to prepare basic beverage in accordance to standards.
  • Prior to the delivery of food & beverage to guests, ensures presentation is adhered to the standard.
  • Set up bar including all liquor, mixers, ice, arnishes, glassware and supplies.
  • Requisite and collect all necessary supplies.

Experiences and skills required

  • At least 1 year of related experience in the hotel industry
  • Good command of spoken English; another Asian language an advantage
  • Excellent communicator & outgoing personality
