Assistant Executive Chinese Chef

Job Responsibilities

  • To maintain high standard of all food preparation and hygiene in Summer Palace Kitchen
  • To ensure consistency in the food quality, taste and presentation
  • In charge of the kitchen operation while Executive Chinese Chef is on leave

Job Requirements

  • A self-starter and a team player
  • People and customer oriented
  • Initiative and creative, show commitment to professional values
  • Minimum 15 years’ experience in an International Class Hotel with at least 1 year’s experience in similar capacity
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
