Customer Service Executive (5-day work)

Location: Tsuen Wan


  • 5-day Work

  • Data entry of POD information
  • Follow up problem shipments
  • Tracking shipments by phone or email with overseas office / agents
  • Handle complaint
  • Answer and follow up enquiry from customers
  • Maintain good relations with client
  • Monitor and guide the work of CS Assistant


  • Form 5 / DSE or above
  • 3 years experience or above
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Email)
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Able to work independently

Working Hours:

  • Monday – Friday (08:00 – 18:00)
