LPG HSSE(Health, Safety, Security, Environment) Advisor HK and Macau

Lead LPG HSSE activities to ensure business activities meet the HSSE requirement of HK/Macau regulation and within the framework of group policies.
Champion HSSE performance improvement in LPG by helping management formulate HSSE policy, reporting on HSSE KPIs, and introduce initiatives to continually build up HSSE culture for the purpose of achieving sustainable development goals and HSSE excellence.
Upkeep FIM reporting and monitor/ communicate key targets in the areas of HSSE performance, process improvement and standardization, among businesses and functions.


  • Integrate the Global HSSE requirements & local HSSE standards and legislation in the knowledge based HSSE-MS system, particularly regarding defined critical business operation process.

  • Facilitate 45 staff, 2 LPG road transport hauliers, 1 filling plant contractor, 1 marine packed delivery contractor, more than 10 engineering contractors, and five piped operators to timely complete the LPG HSSE annual targets/KPI

  • Promote proactive culture within the team leverage on structured and robust VMC, quality PI and HSSE program.

  • Assist lines to complete the HSSE IDP target by exploring internal/external, and local/global resources.

  • Support LPG Distribution on the proactive RT management and comply with Control Frameworks and initiatives by Road Safety FDG

  • Play an active role to share HK HSSE best practices and expertise with other CoB and LOU especially on the competence and HSSE-MS system development.

  • Represent LPG to join any industry meeting for the discussion about the development of local practice/regulations.

The business is directed by local Management Team comprising the LPG business Manager, Sales, Marketing, Operation, Business Excellence Manager, Supply And Wholesales Mgr, Finance Manager and HR Manager. The incumbent will champion HSSE strategies and facilitate the management lines to implement the T&R plan covering the operational scope as outlined below, ensuring full compliance at all times with regulatory frameworks and the Group policies and strategies.  He/She support accident/incident investigation using various tools.
