Job Description

RESERVATIONS MANAGER

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the reservation department to ensure a smooth operation and maximize profitability of the hotel through proper pricing strategy and control of market mix
  • Proficiency in OPERA Property Management System (PMS) and Global Distribution System (GDS)
  • Monitor all distribution channels include OTA’s & B2B agents to ensure effective selling 
  • Monitor the daily operation and guidance to reservation staffs to perform quality service to customers
  • To perform any tasks assigned by Director of Sales

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma holder in Hotel Management
  • At least 4 years relevant working experience
  • Leadership experience with strong communication and supervisory skills
  • Presentable, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Good team player and able to develop sound working relationships with colleagues
  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
