Guest Relations Officer

Location: Causeway Bay

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for greeting and helpful customer services to the guests, such as enquiry and complaint
  • Maintain a good relationship with guests
  • Handle daily operations such as guest's check-in and check-out, room checking, leasing documents preparation
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • 3 years working experience in customer service, preferable in hotel industy
  • Service oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently
  • Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
