Guest Service Officer - Reservations

Location: Tsimshatsui East

  • Diploma or above in hospitality management or related disciplines
  • 1 year working experience in hotel reservations
  • Strong customer service, communications and interpersonal skills
  • Independent, proactive and detail-minded
  • Well versed with Opera system
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
