Guest Service Officer - Reception

Location: Tsimshatsui East

  • Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • 1 year relevant working experience in Front Office operations
  • Well versed with Opera system
  • Independent and able to work shift duty (including overnight)
  • Strong communication skills and customer service techniques
  • Well organized, detail-minded and service oriented
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
