  • Assist in daily operation
  • Assist in ad hoc administration duties
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Diploma or above preferred 
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience
  • Able to work independently and detailed
  • Mature, initiative, detail minded with excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Pleasant, Polite and good telephone manner 
  • Immediate availability preferred
