About the company

Our client is a multinational bank in Hong Kong. They are currently hiring VIP Banking Customer Service Officer to further expand their business.

Responsibility:

  • Handle in-bound call from high net worth client to provide banking services
  • Acquire banking knowledge to handle client's enquiries and provide professional advises
  • Perform banking transaction & response to account enquiries

Salary and benefit package:

  • Basic salary: 16,000 - 19,000 per month with year-end bonus
  • 18 days annual leave
  • Comprehensive medical package
  • 5 days work week

Skills and experience required:

  • Higher diploma/ associate degree or above
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • 1-3+ years of customer service experience
