About the Company

Our client is a premier telecommunication listed company in Hong Kong and is searching for a experienced training executive to support their L&D manager for daily operations.

Main Responsibilities
To be successful in role, you will need to:

  • Provide support to L&D manager
  • Perform diversified admin duties on course scheduling including classroom arrangement and result processing
  • Assist in the execution of designing effective training and development programs that sets employees up for success
  • Prepare documents and PPT presentation for training
  • Manage the training programme logistics from course enrolment to evaluation record
  • Coordinate with internal departments for course arrangement
  • Perform any ad-hoc assignments when necessary

Skills & Experience required
To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Diploma or above
  • Relevant working experience in sizeable company, ideally with telecom background
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written
