Job Description

Our client, one of the top tier investment banking in the world, is seeking for a high calibre candidate to assist the Trade Finance team.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with users on migration to new platform
  • Handle execution of documentation
  • Handling users inquiries, routing and tracking of user's inquiries to all appropriate parties
  • Conduct user Training
  • Distribution of token to users
  • Tracking and management of token
  • Work closely with project team in user migration , project progress and status tracking

Requirements:

  • Strong client interaction skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Communication skills (customer, clients, colleagues)
  • Teamwork, interpersonal skills, team player with strong influential skill that can motivate other team members
  • Ability to work confidently and independently under pressure and work persistently
  • Proactive and self-motivated learner to find solutions around different issues/scenarios and provide feedback for improvement
  • Able to handle multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail
