Our client is a luxury fashion retail brand that has its business established globally and they have a wide range of product portfolio. They are currently looking for a Korean or Japanese speaking customer service consultant to join their dynamic team.

about the job.

As a Senior / Customer Service Consultant, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries mainly in Korean or Japanese. The shift hours start from 8am to 5pm and you will be entitled to 2 days off every week, as well as public holidays. The attractive package will benefit you with medical and dental health plans, with annual leave that starts from 12 days.

- Fluent Korean speaker OR fluent Japanese speaker
- Preferrably holding a working visa or an IANG visa
- At least 1 year of luxury retail experience
