Job Description

Regional (Senior) Brand Manager - FMCG Principle

Our client is a global FMCG leader in the non-food category. They are looking for talented (Senior) Brand Managers to collaborate with their regional team to further expand their brand capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for end-to-end ATL marketing campaigns (planning, execute and control) for responsible brand.
  • Manage and monitor A&P
  • Plan and Implement New Product Launch / Campaigns and evaluate performance
  • Develop ATL campaigns eg. TVC, princt, online, public relations, POSM, digital/social media
  • Analyze market data and develop strategies to further grow market share
  • Track implementation of promotions and evaluate promotion via ROI Analysis
  • Collaborating with internal (including regional team) and external stakeholders on business plans ans solutions
  • Develop and guide junior team members

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-5 years experience in FMCG brand/product marketing
  • Some experience in people/team management is a bonus
  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or related subjects
  • Analytical, detail minded, result driven
  • Strong communication, team player
