Job Description

Principal Responsibilities

  • Communicate with insurance team as a gate keeper on applications in respect of regulatory guidelines, underwriting guidelines, and business control updates
  • Involve in projects for better customer experience
  • Assist consultants to prepare proposals, business reports, correspondence and presentation materials.
  • Prepare and analysis data via MIS report for management review

Skills or Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in banking/insurance industry
  • Strong service orientation, with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage
