Our client, one of the multinational banking in the world, is seeking for a high calibre candidate to assist the Operation team.
- Handling internal correspondences from/to internal stakeholders and prepare external mailings
- Collate information from designated sources and to prepare a draft letters
- Perform general administrative tasks
- Provide full operational support to various business initiatives.
- Keep good working relationship, effective communication and professional consultation with business stakeholders
- Assist to the business work with group initiated project to standardise the respective process
- Perform administration tasks as required including filing scanning documents
- Top 3 Must have skills - English, Ms Office, office experience
- Working experience on clerical or administration
- Associate degree/diploma above
- Good communication skills
- Fresh graduate is welcomed
