They are currently searching for a administrative assistant to provide administrative support to their marketing department and SVP.

About the job
As a successful senior customer service executive, you will be responsible to:
  • Provide team support to Marketing Department
  • Provide all-round secretarial support to the SVP, including but not limited to appointments scheduling, minutes taking, events coordination and travel arrangements
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence and telephone calls
  • Perform any ad-hoc assignments when necessary
