Principal Responsibilities

  • Proactively support initiatives and design framework to enhance customer experience
  • Monitor service quality levels with the aim of improving the service and customer experience strategy
  • Lead and work closely with colleagues in cross-functional departments to drive up customer engagement projects
  • Demonstrate good understanding of insurance trends and areas of innovation to influence performance indicators

  • With solid experience in insurance industry
