My client, a global financial instituition, is currently looking for a helpdesk and user support.

about the job

  • Perform helpdesk service and user support
  • Provide first tier technical support including troubleshooting, problem identification, resolution and escalation
  • Perform user ID administration and operation
  • Perform daily operation on servers, server room and IT infrastructure
  • Perform general administrative work and develop and maintain system documentation
  • Assist IT project implementation, liaise with internal users and external vendors

they are looking for

  • Degree/Higher Diploma Holder in IT or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years' working experience in service desk and system support
  • Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Office 365 applications, Blackberry Work and common desktop applications
  • Experience on supporting trading system, including Reuters, Bloomberg is an advantage
  • MCITP, CCNA, ITIL is an advantage
  • Customer-orientated, a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, Independent, self-driven and eager to learn
  • Good command of English and Cantonese, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
