Our client is a global leading multinational banking and financial services corporation .They are looking for a Head of Talent Acquistion to design and strategize efficient ways of attracting and hiring qualified employees.

About the job

  • Maintain talent pipeline with potential candidates for future needs including market mapping
  • managing the team on all-rounded HR functions including recruitment, manpower planning and employee relations to support company's growth plans and business operation
  • Monitor and improve overall candidate experience from initial screening to on-boarding to orientation
  • Maintain talent pipeline with potential candidates for future needs including market mapping
  • Acting as the business partner to advise on any human capital issues with C-level business leaders
  • taking a vital part in yearly reviews on compensations and benefits and ensuring the firm has the best practices for human resources projects

Skills & experiences required.

  • Degree holder with 10 years of HR Generalist or Recruitment experience, preferably in-house experience with banking/financial institutions
  • Self-driven with strong planning, organizing and project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skill
  • Excellent Command in English and Chinese
  • minimum of 15 years experience in HR ideally in FS firms
  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
  • excellent communication skills, detail-minded, well-organised and a team leader with strong sense of responsibility
