About the Company
Our client is a well-known Hotel group with international presence. They are currently seeking a HR leader to join their their corporate office for their international business.

About the job

  • Responsible for overall HR Operations Management

  • Act as a business partner and provide HR support to Senior Executives
  • Review the current compensation and benefits strategy and work with leading consultancy for revamp projects
  • Reviewing existing HR policies and developing new initiatives for their two regional hubs
    Provide advice to the group on current HR processes and system, also to lead a project team for the new HR system
  • Makes suggestions for changes and enhancements on relevant trends
  • Establish career paths and succession planning for the Group

    Skills and Experiences Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR or related

  • At least 15 years relevant experience in Hospitality or luxury retail or customer service focus industries
  • In-depth knowledge of human resources and compensation and benefits strategy globally
  • Fluency in English and mandarin is a plus

  • Strong business acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, strong leadership, decision-making and communication abilities
