  • Assist the Head of Legal & Compliance to review all policies and procedures to ensure them comply with the regulatory requirements
  • Interpret laws, rules and regulations for business, provide advisory support to the management and associates on legal matters
  • Liaise with regulators and business units
skills & experiences required
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Law, Accounting or Company Secretary
  • Knowledge of Sales Suitability/PI regimes
  • At least 5 years' relevant work experience in corporate banking, private banking or private wealth management
  • Knowledge of Banking Ordinance, SFO and the HKMA/SFC rules
  • Good interpersonal skills and problem solving skills
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
