Our client is a leading telecommunication listed company in Hong Kong. To support their dynamic business, they are currently searching for 2 customer service executive to ensure a smooth customer service operation.
About the job
As a sucessful senior customer service executive, you will be responsible to:
  • Provide customer service support to their B2B clients (e.g. banking, government sectors or SMEs)
  • Handle customer enquires through email/ hotline
  • Assist in projects in the field of account service strategy, service improvement and operational service plan to improve the overall service quality
  • Manage and monitor service quality to ensure a smooth customer service operations
  • Coordinate with internal departments and customers
  • Perform any ad-hoc assignments when necessary

Skills & experiences required.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
  • 3 years customer service experience, preferably in telecommunication, banking or insurance company
  • Customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written
