Our client is a premium denim brand famous for their jeans made from high quality fabrics. To support their dynamic business, they are looking for an administrative assistant who could provide all-rounded reception general duties and administrative support to the HR & admin team.
- Welcome guest and maintain the presentation of the reception area
- Handle incoming calls, mails and courier handling
- Maintain and manage meeting rooms schedule
- Handle general administration duties such as procurement of pantry & office supplies, data entry and record updating, etc.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments as required

- Diploma or above
- Minimum 1 year office administrative/ receptionist experience, prefer with retail or fashion background
- Good command of English and Chinese
