Customer Services Representative (Kowloon Bay)

Location: Kowloon Bay

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and appointment booking
  • Maintain good customer relationship and promote company products and services
  • Provide a full range of customer services through our clinics
  • Promote inbound cross-selling

Job Requirements

  • HKDSE / HKCEE or above with 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience, sales experience will be an advantage. Overseas education or work experience is preferred but not a must
  • Candidate with more experience may be considered as Senior position
  • Passion in developing the career in healthcare industry
  • Mature, assertive and polite with good telephone manner and interpersonal communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin skills will be an advantage
  • Good computer skills including MS Office
  • On Job training is provided
  • Willing to perform shift duties is preferred
