Clinic Assistant, Chinese Medicine

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver good customer service to meet Company's service standard
  • Help the booking of medical appointment, answering incoming calls, clarify clients' enquiries and registration of patients
  • Handle patients' medical records and filing accordingly
  • Work in medical centre

Job Requirements

  • HKDSE / HKCEE or above
  • Minimum 1-2 years' working experience in servicing industry
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese Word processing
  • Mature, pleasant and good communication skill
  • Immediate available are preferred
