Job Description

Training & Organization Development Manager

The Training & Organization Development Manager is accountable for:

You will -
•Oversee the vision, executing the strategic direction for training & development across the region
•Partner with stakeholders and management team, identification of high potentials across the company, supporting succession plan, management trainee program, high flyers to business through high impact learning curriculum
•Provide continuous improvement recommendations to increase the efficiency of the business unit and services performance
•Creating policies, procedures and e-learning platform for ensuring the highest level of customer service (customer delight) across the region
•Lead a team to for day-to-day operations, oversight of various areas

What we want -

•Minimum 10 years' experience at services industry, strong knowledge of customer service best practices and with organization development experience
•Ability and desire to function in a start-up mode and an entrepreneurial environment
•Strong planning and organising skills with ability to develop policies and procedure
•Excellent presentation, planning and organization skills with hands-on approach
•Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills; ability to initiate/develop relationships and work with various function on an agreed customer service strategy and process
•Strong ability to communicate clearly and convincingly in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
