PT Customer Care Representative

Responsibilities:

The PT Customer Care Representative is accountable for:

‧ Greeting guests and cardholders in a professional and welcoming manner
‧ Checking in cardholders, handling booking and cancellation
‧ Answering telephone calls and taking messages
‧ Handling inquiries and customer complaints and referring all complaints to the Fitness Manager if necessary
‧ Assisting in the collection of outstanding accounts
‧ Preparing and updating logs, reports and Personal Trainer's schedule on regular and timely basis
‧ Provide administrative support to Personal Training team

Requirements:

‧ Form 5 standard with 1 year or above relevant working experience
‧ Experience in customer service industry is an added advantage
‧ Be independent and presentable in handling front desk and telephone enquires
‧ Cheerful personality with good interpersonal & communication skills
‧ Good command of English & Cantonese
‧ Proficient in MS Office applications
‧ Shift working hours
