Job Description

Customer Experience Manager

As Customer Experience Manager (CEM), you will work closely with the Director of Customer Experience for the development and execution of Pure's Customer Service strategies and ideas to enhance client's experience.



You will


•Be an enthusiastic Pure ambassador, anticipating and understanding customer needs and resolving clients' issues
•Develop and execute programs in accordance with the company strategies and directions to improve customer touchpoints and interactions
•Lead the customer experience team by example, working together with other stakeholders to address clients' needs and to uplift the brand service level
•Plan and execute customer loyalty events
•Track, prepare reports and analysis of customer data for further improvement and better cooperation within internal departments
•Identify service training needs and make suggestions for the Training and Organization Development team



What we want?


•Minimum 5 years of solid customer engagement experience in service, hospitality or high end retail industry
•Management or supervisory experience supporting front line staff
•Self-starter, patient, well-organized and service-oriented
•Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
•Lead a healthy, active lifestyle and motivate others to do the same
•Fluent in English and Chinese, written and spoken
