Job Description

Customer Care Representative (Front Desk)

Responsibilities

-Greeting guests and cardholders in a professional and welcoming manner
-Handling inquiries and customer complaints and referring all complaints to the Operations Manager if necessary
-Answering telephone calls and taking messages
-Assisting in the collection of outstanding accounts
-Conducting regular daily facility checks
-Opening and closing the studio/fitness centre

Requirements

-Form 5 standard or above with at least 1 year relevant working experience
-Experience in customer service industry is an added advantage
-Be independent and presentable in handling front desk and telephone enquires
-Cheerful personality with good interpersonal & communication skills
-Good command of English & Cantonese
-Proficient in MS Word & Excel
-Shift working hours
