Deputy Administration Manager

Location: Central


  • Perform for all leasing functions, which may include reviewing lease agreements and negotiating rental price
  • Lead a team of staff to oversee daily operations of the Premises & General Affairs Department, e.g. renovation, office supplies, office insurance, etc
  • Perform any other office administration functions and ad hoc duties


  • Experienced in leasing, negotiation and renovation is a must
  • 10 years’ experience in office administration, of which 3 years’ experience in supervisory level
