Job Description

Complaint Handling Officer

  • Handle complaint case independently and conduct prompt and detailed investigation of the case
  • Ensure all investigations are handled in compliance with relevant procedures and regulatory requirements in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Assist in training administration and development activities
  • Promote customer service culture through customer service programs, training, surveys and campaigns
  • Degree holder or above with minimum 3 years of customer service or complaints handling experience
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and operations would be an advantage
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
